This is more commonly known as RMM, short for remote monitoring and management. The software on your computer checks things like drive health, disk space and updates, and alerts us when something looks wrong. In some cases that warning comes before a part actually fails, so we can deal with it early.

We install the monitoring, the antivirus and our support app. The app is an icon in the system tray on Windows and in the menu bar on a Mac.
We keep watch.
If an alert comes in, we look into it. If you need help, click the Hybrid IT icon, or call or text.
