How we get started

  1. A short conversation.

    Call or text and tell us how many people and computers you have, and what keeps going wrong.

  2. We look at what you have.

    Computers, accounts, the network and backups, on site or remotely. You get a plain list of what we found and what we’d fix first.

  3. We set everything up.

    Monitoring, antivirus and our support app go on each computer, and we tidy up anything urgent.

  4. We keep watch.

    From then on we handle updates and alerts, and you have one number to call for the rest.

Common questions

Do you come on site?
Yes, anywhere in Indian River County, and in St. Lucie and Martin counties too. A lot of the day-to-day work is done remotely, which is usually faster for you.
Can you help with a one-off problem?
Yes. If you’re not ready for a monthly plan, call about the problem in front of you. Many businesses start that way.
We already have someone. Can you work alongside them?
Often, yes. We can take on the parts they don’t cover, like the network or cameras.
